Nynke Smit is a Dutch LL.M. who graduated at the University of Groningen in 2020. During her master private law, she specialized in property law and tenancy law. Currently, she is working as a teacher at the Department of Legal Methods. Within the EVICT project, she works as a researcher where she mainly focusses on housing rights in relation to property rights.
